Premium Training Terms & Conditions

Upon booking any paid training sessions offered by Xplor Education, you agree to
be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Payment: Payment in respect of all paid training sessions that a customer wishes to attend is to be made upon submitting an order for such training. Xplor Education accepts payment via credit or debit card. Payment confirms customer attendance at the scheduled training session ('Scheduled Training Session').
  2. Refunds: All payments made by a customer in respect of Scheduled Training Sessions are non-refundable unless the relevant Scheduled Training Session is canceled by Xplor Education and Xplor Education is unable to reschedule the canceled session to a date and time that the customer is able to attend. If Xplor Education is required to cancel a training session it will notify the customer of such cancellation as soon as reasonably practicable and will seek to agree a rescheduled training time with the customer. Where Xplor Education and the customer cannot agree a rescheduled training time, Xplor Education will endeavor to refund the customer in a timely manner.
  3. Non-attendance and rescheduling: If, prior to the start time of the relevant Scheduled Training Session, a customer notifies Xplor Education that it will be unable to attend the Scheduled Training Session then the customer will be permitted to request to reschedule the Scheduled Training Session at no additional cost to the customer. Xplor Education will, subject to availability and where possible, seek to accommodate such rescheduling requests. If a customer does not attend a Scheduled Training Session and fails to notify Xplor Education of such non-attendance or where a customer submits a rescheduling request to Xplor Education after the start time of a Scheduled Training Session, Xplor Education will not provide a refund in respect of the missed Scheduled Training Session. In such circumstances, customers will be permitted to attend an alternative training session. However, customers will be required to submit a new order in respect of such alternative training session and will be required to pay for the alternative training session.
  4. Privacy Policy: All information provided by customers when submitting an order for paid training provided by Xplor Education shall be treated in accordance with Xplor Education’s privacy policy which can be found at: Privacy Policy
